AOV Gets Results
Steve Newbert, Owner of AOV Productions, called me one day to do lunch and hear the ideas I had on revamping his business. After about an hour, he was hooked and we developed a plan for him. It went like this: First, I identified some weaknesses in the company's existing workflow and showed how to strengthen those aspects of his business. We then created a number of plans that would improve AOV in four specific areas - Marketing, Sales, Employee Training, and Client Follow-up. We continued to work with Steve, offering coaching and guidance for about 30 days, and get this: His investment in my services was recovered within 3 days of implementing our plans.
